SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (www.roborock.com.au) know that your order arriving on time for your event is vital. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Order Processing Time plus Delivery Time.

All orders are shipped through Australia Post who is our courier partner.

In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer who must be aware of its details according to their country.

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES - Roborock is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered for an order. Roborock will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery dispatch, delivery tracking number and shipping carrier details for the customer to lodge an investigation.

A standard shipping fee may be applied to all the products.

If your item does not arrive please contact us at our email: customerservice@roborockstore.com.au. We will lodge an investigation with our couriers.

Orders shall be dispatched within 3 working days.

ORDER CANCEL:

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for some reasons:

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.

CANCELATION POLICY

Here, at www.roborock.com.au, if you wish to cancel your purchase order after confirmation,

  • If the order is not shipped then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.
  • If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping started on it then no cancellation will be allowed.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us at our email customerservice@roborockstore.com.au, upon cancellation, the refund applies to our product only at our sole discretion.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy.

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://www.roborock.com.au will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
